IoT x SportsTech 2023 How IoT accelerates the sport industry
This year's theme, in 2023, aligns with the Rugby World Cup and the pre-Olympic year, combining IoT and SportsTech with a quantitative and qualitative analysis spanning five regions: France, Germany, the UK, the rest of Europe, and the rest of the World.

In the "Intelligent Territory" category, the Town of Ajaccio and the CAPA (Communauté d'Agglomération du Pays Ajaccio) won for the installation of intelligent sensors in all Ajaccio schools and nurseries. A new national award for the Ajaccio region, which has been going digital for several years now.

[FUSACQ] All the figures on the Internet of Things market in France
"In 2019, France has nearly 400 players in the Internet of Things according to the Banque des territoires. In 2021, there were 150 in Occitania, but their total number varied depending on how they were defined. In any case, BearingPoint counted more than 450 IoT companies. Yet the consulting firm selected only 200 of them, including the top performers in their respective markets to determine their position."
